I applied the patch at
It do not look good. Drop down box in the header. When doing changes, check how other popular sites do.
Youtube only have text box and search button. So change it like that.
Lets have an option to hide show the search boxes. By default, it will be hidden.
A field in sconfig like
search_box_in_body
We can remove it, but some may need it. Its better we do features like popular video sites.
