We need to allow vshare users to select video output format.

In admin Area, Convertion Settings (name like other scripts do), we need two options

Video Output Format: FLV/MP4

This is stored in config tabke with name "video_output_format"

If user select MP4, video will get converted to MP4 instead of FLV format.

If user select FLV, video will get convert as usual.

Metadata Injection is only for FLV videos, not for MP4 videos. So only inject meta data for FLV videos.

We need to finished today, so give part of the work to others.

After finishing, implement it to customer site. Chk mail in install@hon
